The Cavendish Clinic and American Express Case Study

As a growing business, we’ve experienced the usual teething problems with cash flow and seasonality- not to mention the lockdown in 2020! This meant we needed to review how budgets were being spent and help understand where money was being spent across our clinics.

With our clinics being closed during the lockdown, we as a team decided to invest back into our clinics American Express kindly stepped in with their super flexible approach to running a business account. Using their multiple supplementary card approach and a clever, easy-to-use app, we were able to give every clinic around London their very own card to help manage their budgets.
